BANDWIDTH
POLICY
If a site uses over it's allotment of bandwidth for its
type of account, the customer will be charged an additional $1.80 per
GB over over allotment per month. If a site is popular enough that is
using
more than its bandwidth allotment, then the customer is expected to be
responsible for higher charges based on the amount of data transfer.
The customer acknowledges, in advance, that he/she will be charged an
additional $1.80 per GB per month if the bandwidth exceeds the allotment
for the users account.
The customer will be e-mailed a notice once an additional amount is
assessed to the customer account. Warnings will not be sent to notify
customer that the limit has been reached or exceeded. This term and condition
is non-negotiable.
Customers have the right to use their account for any type of legal
data transfer including providing free image services that can be linked
from the owner's account from any other service.
To prevent
bandwidth over usage we limit access to your account only for the amount
of bandwidth that you pay for. The script will pick up
the bandwidth overuse and an error will be displayed on your web page.
It would state "Exceeded Bandwidth Limit". If this error ever
occurs to your website, contact the support departmant for immediate
assistance.
SPAM
POLICY
A. LJScripts will immediately deactivate any offending
reported web site and all web sites held by this user at the first report
of any Spam/UCE activities. Sites deactivated for Spamming activities
are permanently unavailable. Your web site may either link to our page,
or may have the LJScripts. SPAM policy posted on it.
B. All related accounts will be immediately terminated without
the possibility of any refund whatsoever. We will refuse to service
any customers with a Spam report history.
C. The offending user's account will be billed a $20.00 fine
and will be turned over to the proper authorities.
Remember:
* Sending
any type of message to multiple parties by means of email or newsgroup
posting will generate abuse/spam reports and could render your
site inactive.
* If there is any chance that your actions may generate Spam/UCE related
complaints, it is recommended to avoid these actions as termination of
your account is un-reversible.
REFUND POLICY
We have several refund policies regarding our plans. Please
read them carefully before proceeding to place an order.
All Hosting
Plans
This
applies to all the plans listed on our actual website. If paid via
monthly terms, then whatever is used will be billed for and the rest
will be refunded. If paid in yearly terms, for whatever
months used billing will be deducted, and a fee of 40% of the remaining
money will be deducted for breaking the contract.
All
Dedicated Servers (Includes Semi-Dedicated)
Any setup fees paid toward a Semi-Dedicated/Dedicated server system will
not be refunded.
Downtimes
You will be credited or refunded for your hosting if ever our network
goes down due to server failure, or a failure that was in our control.
Anyone
who requests for a refund will be pointed to this contract as the means
of how they will be refunded. Viewing this
page is your responsibility, and keeping yourself updated with it is
also recommended.
